4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customized orders may take longer depending on the production schedule.

  • Seep Official is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.

  • In case of a defect or incorrect item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with photos and order details.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
